ABOUT THE HIKE
Join the Inclusive Trail Trekkers, a hike series led by the Rainbow Routes Association and L' Arche Sudbury Inc. Our hikes aim to create inclusive experiences on local trails and walkways, promoting accessible outdoor recreation opportunities.
Our fifth hike in our series takes us to the New Sudbury Historical Trail, featuring signs of spring in New Sudbury. Participants will enjoy an walk through this barrier free trail.
When: Friday, April 19, 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Distance: 1 km (linear)
Meet: Yarmouth Street Entrance (heading Westward)
Parking: Elizabeth Street entrance to Bell Park, off of John Street, via Paris Street.
Transit: Route #2 & #22 together, via GOVA transit is $4.00 and will have you arrive at 12:45p.m. Ief you catch the bus from downtown at 12:15, #2 and transfer to the #22 after getting off at Woodbine and walking to Holland, taking approz 4 mins.
Dress: Comfortable walking or hiking shoes, clothing for the weather, a water bottle and a hat
Difficulty: gravel

Our hikes will generally accommodate anyone capable of walking on outdoor trails as per the above details. You'll find organizers wearing RRA dark blue vests at the event.
