Rainbow Routes is a not for profit volunteer organization dedicated to the development and promotion of non motorized trails generally and the Trans Canada Trail in particular for the City of Greater Sudbury.
The 2009 Trail Crew is already hard at work! They are currently working on the Copper Cliff Trail, an active transportation route that links Copper Cliff with Lorne Street. There are many more projects 'in the works' so keep your eyes open for them.
When complete, the Ramsey Lake Road Project will become Greater Sudbury's first "complete street." Click here for more details and regular updates about this exciting project!
If you have any nature nuts in your family, this could be the club for you! Explore different areas of Sudbury while learning about the environment. This program is provided FREE of CHARGE. Space is limited.
The Learning Through Trails program isdesigned to provide an opportunity for students to explore local trails while getting exercise and education. We would like to thank all participants and volunteers for their support and enthusiasm of this exciting program!
