About the Hike
Join us on the first hike of our Green Prescription Walking Series part two in partnership with N’Swakamok Friendship Centre Healthy Living Program . This hike will take place on the Bell Park Walkway. Get your hiking boots on and lets get outside, get active and meet new people.
This hike will be a medium paced hike with minimal stops.
Our pace will be friendly and inclusive, with plenty of time to chat and take in the views!
Bring comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and water. There will also be benches for those who need a rest break. Come solo or with a friend and enjoy an evening out with us out on the trail.
All ages and abilities welcomed.

When: Friday, August 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration)
Meeting Point: The parking lot on Elizabet Street
Trail: Bell Park Walkway
Length: 4 km
Duration: 2 hours

Terrain: Boardwalk and Lockstone
Dress Code: Comfortable hiking shoes recommended, and please dress for the weather. Bring water
Hike Type: This is a navigational style hike with minimal stops.
Transit passengers: From the downtown terminal take the 1S bus to the York Street stop.
