About the Hike
Join us on the second hike of our Green Prescription Walking Series part two in partnership with N’Swakamok Friendship Centre Healthy Living Program. This hike will take place on the Oak Forest Trail, this route is more challenging and the terrain is more technical. Rainbow Routes will be offering hiking poles to lend out for this hike. Please let us know in the registration form if you would like to borrow poles for this hike. (While supplies last)
This hike will be a slower sensory walk with multiple stops and elements of forest therapy to deepen relaxation and connection to nature.
Our pace will be friendly and inclusive, with plenty of time to chat and take in the views!
Bring comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and water. Come solo or with a friend and enjoy an evening out with us out on the trail.
