Rainbow Routes Association is proudly operated under a volunteer Board of Directors. The RRA Board is made up of dedicated community members who help govern the organization, provide strategic direction, and support decision-making to ensure the long-term success of Rainbow Routes Association.

We are currently seeking committed, community-focused individuals who are passionate about trails, outdoor recreation, and community development to join our Board of Directors. Current Board Vacancies:

We are currently recruiting a volunteer Director to join our Board of Directors for the 2027–2028 term, with the option to participate remotely.

As a Board Member, you will help support our mission and encourage trail development for health, adventure, and connection to nature on our 40+ wilderness and urban trails. Specific areas of work for the Board of Directors include: governance, fundraising, advocacy, communications and marketing, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

The Board of Directors is also involved in the key activities of the organization including trail building projects, guided hiking programs, and events.
