About the Hike

Join us on our fourth hike of the Green Prescription Walking Series in partnership with Summit Physiotherapy & Performance. This hike will take place at Moonlight Beach to Lake Laurentian Conservation Area. Get your hiking boots on and lets get outside, get active and meet new people.   

Come solo or with a friend and enjoy a walk in one of Sudbury’s favourite outdoor spaces.

All ages and abilities welcomed.

As we will be finishing off at beautiful Moonlight Beach, you might even want to bring your bathing suit for a little cool down after the walk!

Hike Details

When: Wednesday July 9,  2026

Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Meeting place: Moonlight Beach Parking Lot

Distance: 5 - 6 km

Difficulty: Easy, but with a faster pace than our first three Green Walk Series. Boardwalk, crushed gravel, natural.

Dress:  Dress for evening summer weather, a good pair of hiking shoes/boots, and don't forget your water
