About the Hike

Join us for the second hike of our Green Prescription Walking Series in partnership with Summit Physiotherapy & Performance. Relax and clear your mind as we hike from Lasalle to Maley Drive, part of the Junction Creek Waterway Park. This trail takes us along Junction Creek and the beautiful vegetation that surrounds it. Spend a couple hours outdoors, get some fresh air and physical activity. Your body and mind will thank you later!

Bring comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and water. Come with a friend or solo, this is a great opportunity to meet new people! All ages and abilities welcomed.

Dress: Dress for evening summer weather, a good pair of hiking shoes/boots, and don't forget your water
