Join the English Conversations on the Trails, a hike series led by the Rainbow Routes Association and Greater Sudbury Public Library. Our hikes aim to create inclusive experiences on local trails and walkways, promoting accessible outdoor recreation opportunities.
Come join us on Friday, October 17, 2025 at Delki Dozzi path and food forest for a Harvest Hike hosted by Ellie Ferguson in collaboration with Sudbury Shared Harvest. Enjoy a gentle walk along Delki Dozzi path as well as a tour of the Delki Dozzi food forest. Ellie will discuss what is grown at the community garden, the beauty of food forests and community gardening, harvest times for different fruits and vegetables, and some gardening tips for growing your own food.

Meeting place: Delki Dozzi Park Parking Lot at 2 Mary St. Sudbury, ON
Parking: Parking is available at the meeting place
Trail: Delki Dozzi Food Forest
Trail Surface: Paved and natural.
Length: 2-3 km
Dress: A good pair of closed-toed walking shoes is recommended. Dress appropriately for the weather, and don't forget to bring your water!!

Bus Info: Take GOVA transit route 13 from the Downtown transit hub at 12:15 getting off at the Gutcher/Lorne Street stop at 12:24. Proceed down Gutcher Ave until you reach Mary Street, turning right and reach Delki Dozzi path.
