A.Y. Jackson Trail

Location: North of Dowling

Trail Access: Off of Highway 144, 5 km North of Dowling

Length: 0.5 km linear, 2.5 km loop

Difficulty: Easy (0.5 km lookout path) to Moderate/Medium with some Difficult sections

Trial Surface: Bridges, exposed loose rocks, exposed roots, hardpacked, natural, stairs lookout path is paved

Parking: Parking lot available available at A.Y. Jackson Welcome Centre off of Highway 144, approximately 5 km north of Dowling.

Plan Your Visit

• Leashed dogs are welcomed

• Great place for hiking and sightseeing - make sure to bring your camera to get pictures of the beautiful Onaping Falls

• Challenging rocky section along trail

• Slippery hills in the forest loop trail during fall and after a rain

• Welcome Centre and picnic areas
