It improves your posture, balance and stability while burning up to 20-40% more calories than walking. The RRA brought a surge of urban poling to Sudbury with our 2014-2016 Trails4Life program.
Are you interested in trying it with certified volunteer instructors in a friendly no-stress environment? The RRA has teamed up with the Greater Sudbury Public Libraries, the Parkside Centre and the YMCA to bring you urban poling opportunities.
